Zetzmann 4047; Klose –; Art of Devastation –. PCGS SP-63. Incredibly toned, with exceptionally deep iridescence and a dazzling prooflike brilliance as well; some scattered minor marks under the tone are noted merely for completeness.
German and British forces unexpectedly met off the coast of Chile near Coronel on 1 November 1914, with the forces of Spee easily overcoming those of the British, led by Rear-Admiral Sir Christopher Cradock.
